Returning merchandise is fast and easy, the Unical way. Just follow these easy steps so we can process your request quickly and accurately:

  1. Fill out the RMA Request Form on this page. Don’t forget to enter your Customer PO# and your Invoice#, so we can validate your purchase.
  2. On the page that follows, select the item you’re returning, the quantity, and the reason for the return. 
  3. Look for our email confirmation, indicating we’ve received your request.
Our Customer Service team will issue your RMA number by email in a timely matter after reviewing your request. Be sure to include your RMA number with your return shipment, so we can take care of it promptly.
