Using your Unical warranty is simple. It starts by obtaining a warranty number that initiates action on your case. Follow these easy steps to get yours:


Fill out the Warranty Request Form on this page. Don’t forget to enter your Customer purchase order number and your invoice number, so we can validate the purchase of the part under warranty.
Press Submit. On the page that follows, select the item you’re returning, the quantity, and the issue under warranty. You may also attach documentation here, if you wish
Look for our email confirmation, indicating we’ve received your request.
Our Customer Service team will issue your RMA number by email in a timely matter, after reviewing your request. Be sure to include your RMA number with your return shipment, so we can take care of it promptly.
